1. Do not use a lot of heat on your hair.
If you use a lot of heat on your hair, your roots can get damaged. Especially to those who have dark and long hair(Like me!!!) Too much heat can make your hair fall off easily and make your hair really messy and thick. I've tried a hair curler once and my hair got all messy and not so soft as it used to be. So when you are drying your hair, try to use a towel instead of a hairdryer.

If you teas your hair, it'll look a lot prettier than you're hair used to be. But too much teasing can damage your roots. Also, it will make your hair get really messy and tangled. So if you teas everyday, you might end up looking like this:
3. Do not sleep with your hair wet.
If you sleep with your hair wet, it'll not only make your hair get damaged, it'll also make your hair smell really bad when you wake up. Also the next day can turn out as a bad hair day, because if you sleep with wet hair, your hair will turn out really messy or really flat. My hair turns out terribly flat, but some people say it turns out to be much more wavy and stylish. I don't know about you guys, but if your hair smells bad and you have a lot of bad hair days, I think you should try drying your hair before you sleep.
